These Terms govern your use of tripo3d.lol and the Tripo3D AI-assisted 3D creation services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Use

Tripo3D provides tools and experiences related to generating and working with 3D content. You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware, bypass security or usage limits, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Your Content

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Tripo3D the limited rights needed to process, store, and display that content to operate the requested service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit and use your content.

Credits, Plans, and Payments

Certain features require credits or a paid plan. Prices, included usage, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Payments and refunds are subject to the checkout terms presented at that time and applicable law.

Availability and Output

The service and AI-generated outputs are provided on an "as available" basis. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tripo3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
